An Energy Performance Certificate brings together the building envelope and its technical systems in one energy assessment. We support architects, developers and property owners with energy modelling, the accompanying technical report and certification documentation.
WHAT WE COVER
Preliminary EPC
Assessment at the design stage, using architectural plans and the proposed building systems. The work includes energy calculations and checks against the applicable minimum requirements.
Final EPC
Verification of the completed building against the design information, updates to the energy model and preparation of the final certification documentation.
An integrated assessment
Walls, roofs, floors, windows and thermal bridges are considered alongside heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water, lighting and renewable energy systems.
