Energy audits & building diagnostics

Find where energy is being lost, understand why, and identify practical ways to improve.

Better decisions start with measured evidence.

An energy audit examines how a building or industrial facility uses energy. We assess the envelope, technical equipment and operating conditions to identify energy-saving opportunities while considering comfort and the way the facility is used.

WHAT WE COVER

Building energy audits

Analysis of the building envelope, heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and hot-water systems, with attention to energy consumption and indoor conditions.

Building diagnostics

Infrared thermography, blower-door testing, duct airtightness testing and ventilation assessment help investigate heat loss, air leakage, moisture and indoor-air-quality concerns.

Industrial assessments

Review of equipment such as boilers, motors, pumps, compressed-air systems, refrigeration, fans and production processes to identify operational and investment opportunities.

Large-building airtightness

Multifan testing can be scoped for larger buildings, including offices, warehouses, schools and other non-residential facilities.

THE AGREED OUTCOME

A report explaining the findings and prioritising energy-saving measures for the agreed scope.

TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES

What the assignment delivers.

01

Energy-use assessment

A documented review of consumption, operating conditions and the systems included in the audit.

02

Findings and opportunities

Observed issues and improvement options, supported by the measurements and information available.

03

Action priorities

Recommendations and a clear record of assumptions, data gaps and any further investigation needed.

BUILDING DIAGNOSTICS

Diagnostics supported by measurements.

Thermography and airtightness testing help investigate the building envelope. From a visible photograph to a thermal image, measurements add evidence to a technical assessment.
